  3. People are not able to afford clean water for their family need because of their low socio-economic status.
  4. No easy access to clean water amongst the people groups which leads to water-borne diseases.

BOBBY ORDAINED AS MZIZINYI (THIRST QUENCHER)

Happy Mramba Fredrick having completed his form four studies, felt called to be a missionary to serve and to plant churches to the people living in the bush area. This came about through the great influence that he had through his father Fredrick Masha who is serving the Lord Fulltime and who is called by God to reach the unevangelized people groups of Africa with the Gospel and love of our Lord Jesus Christ and plant churches in the needy areas of Africa.

Happy was ordained as the second missionary and sent to the bush for a period of three months’ probation by the CBEM leadership to prove his calling. As he was serving in the bush, he encountered water challenges such as scarcity of water and unsafe clean water for both drinking and cooking. He saw how children were suffering from unclean water ailments which could make most of them miss school at times, parents falling sick and not able to go out and earn a living for their families, how far the water sources were and how unsafe the water was for human consumption.

Happy felt so much humbled to undergo all these challenges despite his family background. When he went back home, he received a calling letter from Uganda Baptist Seminary where he joined and graduated with a diploma of Theology, through Pastor Phil Duncan’s sponsorship.

It is during this period of studies when God divinely joined him with Bobby Tucker and Robert Boydoh Sr who first met with them in a water project training which was held at connect Africa ministry in Uganda where he was awarded a certificate of internship. As a missionary in the bush area Happy found this as an opportunity and a great facilitation for reaching the unevangelized people groups in most of the areas in Africa since water need is at a higher demand.

This is when God led him to come up with CBEM WATER AID
